Thank you for choosing to bring a piece of my artwork into your home! Your support means the world to me, and I'm thrilled to be part of transforming your space with art. 

Please allow us 2-3 business days to handle your order. While shipping typically ranges between 3-7 business days, during peak seasons like holidays, it may extend to 5 to 10 business days. Please note that shipping times are determined by the carrier. If there are any delays, I sincerely apologize, and if your package gets lost in transit, please reach out to me @mitrasalamzada.com within 48 hours, and I'll ensure a replacement is sent to you promptly, at no extra charge. 

Should you receive a damaged item, kindly contact us at support @mitrasalamzada.co, and we'll swiftly arrange for replacement. Please remember: To process a return for a damaged item, you'll need to provide a photo within 48 hours of receipt. 

Please note that any VAT, import fees, or other duties imposed by your local government upon delivery are the responsibility of the recipient.
